A Christmas Card in Non-Traditional Colors

Hi!  Last year I joined the Christmas Card Challenge at Splitcoaststampers and set my goal at 5 cards per month.  It was an interesting experience.  Creating a card with snow on it, when it's 90 degrees and high humidity outside is, well, a little odd!  What wasn't odd, was opening a box of over 60 Christmas cards on Dec. 1st and being able to give a handmade card to people that would not usually get one from me!  That was FUN!  So now and then when you least expect it a Christmas card will pop up on my blog!

To create my card I used the Paper Players sketch:

  5. Ooh, I love that sentiment stamp, Angie, and the awesome papers. I am now playing in a Christmas card challenge on Splitcoaststampers, but it is the fan club one. I think it just started in January and you have to be a fan club member to do that challenge. You may want to check it out.
I have never made my cards ahead of time, so it'll be nice to have them come next Christmas.
