CAS309 Snowy Inspiration!

Hello Friends!

Wow! How time flies!  At 3:30 am, 18 years ago our son was born!  Shaking my head at how fast the time has gone.  Today's post is really about a snowman card I want to share but I just couldn't help mentioning that my boy is 18 today!!!

Living in the south it's very exciting to have even a smidgen of snow but it looks like this year we aren't going to be treated to a snow day! Instead I will just have to enjoy the pretty snowman cards in the SCS CAS309 gallery!  Joyce shared a beautiful inspiration photo with us this week at Splitcoaststampers CAS309 challenge . I combined both the CAS challenge and  QFTD246 for my card.  To honor Queen Lee, I CASED THIS beauty!  This is also #2 for my monthly CCC15 goal of 5 Christmas cards.

This Sweet N Sassy snowman from "Welcome Jesus" always makes me smile.  This stamp set also has a coordinating "Welcome Jesus Die Set"!

I couldn't resist creating a bit on the inside:

Thanks so much for stopping by!

  1. I love this snowman - he is so cute and comes with some great sentiments. Thank you for sharing photos of your baby's arrival those 18 years ago. Please wish him Happy Birthday again from me.

That embossing folder gives a great background too - who makes that one?
