A Cup of Tea

I love fine porcelain, who I am kidding, I love ceramics of all kinds but I especially love fine teacups.  The thin ones with lovely patterns and a good smooth glaze send me to my happy place so when I saw this cup I couldn't wait to create a card with it!

I heat embossed the Teacup with gold embossing powder and then colored just a little bit leaving a mostly white cup and saucer.  The Happy Birthday sentiment is part of the Card Sentiments Set and looks so elegant in gold!  Lastly, I framed the elegant teacup with two of the frames from the Rectangle 6 in 1 Frames Die.

Wouldn't it be sweet to sit and chat over a cup of tea in an elegant cup such as this?

The Impression Obsession team has set aside a couple days a month to share some new projects using some great classic stamps. You can see the list of today’s participants on the Impression Obsession blog!

I am also playing along with Judy's fabulous Technique challenge at SCS along with the 30 - Day Coloring Challenge.

I hope you enjoyed viewing my elegantly classic teacup today! Thanks so much for stopping by! Here's a look at the featured items shared today:
