Beautiful Floral with The Project Bin

In case no one told you today, you're beautiful!!!  I love this sentiment from the #BFF stamp set by The Project Bin.

I used this week's SC650 sketch from SCS as inspiration for my card this week.

For the larch circle I used vellum and for the spiral at the top I layered Picot Edge Circles die for an interesting look. I changed up the sketch just a bit since my sentiment is vertical and for the finishing touch added banners from vellum and patterned paper.

This week I am also playing along with Simon Says Wedneday Challenge to use Patterned Paper

I absolutely love this floral paper so the Simon Says challenge was the perfect excuse to feature it along with the beautiful sentiment from The Project Bin.

Announcing some upcoming news!  In just a few weeks The Project Bin will be having a Christmas in July Blog Hop so mark your calendars and join us for holiday inspiration!

I hope you have a fabulous day and remember, just in case no one told you today, you're beautiful!!!

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Squeeze the Day!

Squeeze the Day!  Hello, all!  I hope you are having a great day and squeezing as much fun out of the day as you can!!!

Today I am featuring the lovely Yello! stamp set from The Project Bin.

I combined a couple of Splitcoaststampers challenges for my inspiration this week. For the MIX229 challenge, Polly asked us to step outside our usual routine when using a stencil.  I tend to use either the monoprint technique or simple sponging so for this challenge, I used texture paste and mixed in a color spray and Brushos Crystal Colour Lemon to color my paste.  The colored paste made lovely textured sun rays!!!

For the F4A382 challenge, Robin asked us to either create a male card or a mail card (create a card with a matching envie).   I went with the mail card option and added a sun to the envie by scraping the last little bit of texture paste through the stencil onto an envelope.

I just love the lemon slices included in the Yello! stamp set!  I used the whole slice and cut a slit in it then placed it on the sentiment layer.  Three more lemon wedges layered on the lower portion of the sentiment finish off the look!

Here's a look at the fun  Yello! stamp set.

Smile with The Project Bin

Happy weekend to you!  Today I am featuring a sweet sentiment from the #bff stamp set by The Project Bin.

This is such a great sentiment for the person that cheers us on those extra hard days!   My sister always makes me laugh as well as quite a few friends that help me find my smile when it's the last thing I want to do.  I imagine you have special friends like that too!

My layout today was inspired by the Mojo500 sketch.  Mojo Monday has brought card sketches to us for 10 years.  What an amazing accomplishment!  Mojo Monday has been an incredible source of inspiration and it will be deeply missed as this is the final sketch.  Julee will still be blogging at Poetic Artistry and she will still be running the Verve store so that is happy news.

That's all for me today!
I hope you have a crafty but also restful weekend!!

This sentiment tickles me and I love the font!

For the design, I followed CTS #224
