Kinda Pawsome with The Project Bin

Hi there!  Today I am featuring Kinda Pawsome from The Project Bin.  Isn't that a cute name for a pup stamp and die set?
My design was inspired by this fun cover-up die cut my sweet friend, Janeen sent me and the Splitcoaststampers F4A362 1/27 Cuddly/snuggly challenge!  I stamped the pups then arranged them in a row along the border.  They are just soooo cute and as with last week's kitty selfie card, there's one pup that has to be different!

I love this sentiment and think it is perfect for my sister!  This card was created with her in mind in celebration of her new rescue!   My sis recently rescued an older fella after her elderly dog, Max passed away.
Teddy is soooo cute and gets along wonderfully with her new sister-dog, Crash! Teddy is an older dog and blind in one eye but he is full of energy and is absolutely adorable, don't you agree?

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Feline Good with The Project Bin

Hiya!  Two new stamp and die sets are in The Project Bin's online store this week.  It will come as no surprise to most of you that I chose to feature Feline Good today!

This past summer Splitcoaststampers featured a cute tutorial titled Stamp Selfies but I never had the chance to try it out so when I saw these sweet felines I knew it was time give the tutorial a whirl!

To create these fun selfie "insta-photos", first, stamp the people or critters, next mask and stamp a background scene.  Then either die cut a frame with a "photo-frame" die or take a rectangle die and a square die and make your own!

There's always that one person in a group photo that makes faces, adds rabbit ears to someone or maybe even hangs upside down so I decided that Lil Bit would be my little weirdo for this project.

To finish off the project I added the purrfect sentiment for both the picture perfect friend and the one that is a little weird!

That's it for me today but stop by next week when I feature Kinda Pawsome, the set for dog lovers!!!

Happily Grateful with Red Rubber Designs

Hello, It's my turn to feature a project on the Red Rubber Designs blog!  I chose the Happily Grateful stamp set to create a mixed media project with lots of white space.  My "Mix" is a technique I read about on a card challenge that my friend, Robin hosted in the fall. While I was at it I used Susie's tip for creating backgrounds on full sheets of paper which will give me quite a few backgrounds for future projects!

I hope you will hop on over to the Red Rubber Designs blog to check out the full project!

The stamp set I am featuring today can be found at the Red Rubber Designs Online store

Love You More......

Hello All!  Today I am featuring a card from The Project Bin.  My husband and I celebrated our 27th wedding anniversary yesterday and what better way to celebrate than with a handmade bit of love?!

Today's feature is the oh, so yummy, Just Poppin' stamp and die set.  I had so much fun creating this interactive card!

The dies that come with this stamp set make it a snap to create a lot of interest.  I stamped and die cut the popcorn tub then stamped the popcorn and only die cut around the popcorn top cutting the lower portion to fit inside the pocket made with the tub.

I absolutely adore popcorn so the inside sentiment conveys a perfect message from me to my guy!

I absolutely love the popcorn kernel trio stamp and die.  The die fits easily around the stamped image with no fussy cutting needed!

My sweet friend Janeen gave me the stitched border die, which was such fun to add to the project!

Thanks so much for stopping by! You can find more inspiration on The Project Bin Blog. I hope you have a wonderful weekend!

XOXO - The Project Bin

Happy Saturday everyone!  It might be a bit chilly outside today but I am staying cozy with X's & O's!  Today's project features the In My Heart stamp and die set from The Project Bin.  With seven sentiments and two dies this set is wonderfully versatile, a great set for Valentines as well as many other occasions!

For my design, I was inspired by Case This Sketch #202 .  I  stamped  xoxo down the cardstock, stamping off as I moved to the lower portion for an ombre effect.

For the heart, I first colored it using a brayer and Memento - Love Letter ink (a rather appropriate color name don't you think?).  Next, I die cut the heart, then heat embossed using the polka dot heart stamp.

Enamel dots and gems finish off the card!

Thanks for stopping by on this chilly winter day!
