Peace on Earth for Team Favorites

I guess it won't surprise you that my favorite this month features one of Nola's adorable cats! I love the expression on this kitty's face. Did he and the mouse knock over the Christmas tree? The mouse looks just as guilty to me, but the kitty is wearing the evidence!

Also, the Christmas cookies die set is super versatile. The shapes can be used for any type of cookie, plus the cutouts can be used as embellishments. I used the snowflake cut out on this card. :)

Christmas with Rocky and Apollo

Hello! In case you need to hear this, it's October 1st! Yikes! The first of the month means it's time for a new Fan Club Christmas Challenge at SCS. I am also entering this in this week's F4ALL Challenge for zoo animals. Recently, I have come across several stories of domesticated cats making their homes in zoos with bears and other animals!

I took out my favorite Hero Arts Christmas set and debuted Rocky and Apollo! Ok, so I will have to practice coloring these guys as they are not nearly as easy to color as Tiger and Little Bit but you get the idea!

In case you don't follow me on FB here is a look at our year-old rescues. According to the vet, they are not brothers and Apollo is younger. Apollo is very tall and VERY long. Rocky has short stubby legs and looks like a kitten! They have the sweetest disposition and very few bad habits. We are smitten!
