Celebrate the Moments

For this card, I used the "Many Messages" stamp and die set a special friend gave to me.  I love that numerous sentiments are all on one stamp; the coordinating die cuts them all out with one pass through the die-cutting machine!  

I made this for my husband for our anniversary.   I am so happy to share a special day with him to celebrate the moments!

Celebrate Texture

Hello!  Happy Friday to you!    It's time for a new Free 4 All Challenge at Splitcoaststampers and we have chosen "texture" as our challenge.   

   To create my texture I mixed Golden Rose Paper Glaze with Paper Glaze Enhancer.  I love how easy it is to spread the mixture through the Slimline Broken Fence Stencil!  I used both the SLDC Scallop Frame Dies and the SLDC Nested Rectangle Dies for layering.  The SLDC Systems include so many dies that it makes them great buys!  As an example, the "celebrate" die is included in the Scallop Set! See the photo link at the bottom of this post for the list of dies included in these sets! For a fun embellishment, I die-cut Maple Leaves and painted them with Golden Rose Paper Glaze mixed with water for a little "gold leafing".  Lastly, I sprinkled a few Purple-Rita Sequins.
