Let's Taco 'bout it!

Hello! It's Die Cut Day at IO! I am featuring the cute taco die-cut in several different ways today.

First up, I made a taco with the Taco Die. I gave it some texture with the Tiny Dot Texture background stamp. After the taco was assembled, I took a few bites from the taco with a regular hole punch. The sentiment is from Taco Sayings. I also added the Basics 4 - Warm Reds Paper pack checked paper.  

Next, I had fun with the Fiesta stamp set and the Banner die. This Banner die is fun and versatile because it includes eight individual flags making it easy to cut different colored flags simultaneously.

I'll Be Brief, You are Amazing - IO April Release Day 2

Hello! Welcome to Day 2 of the IO April Release!

Today I am featuring one of Nola Chandler's graduation sets! I love how we can personalize our cards as cardmakers!  My daughter's fiance graduated college in December, and my daughter graduates this May, and they are getting married this month! A whirlwind of events!     They are both pretty amazing and I hope they love the card!  

The image and sentiment are from Nola's Graduation stamp set and I used one of my favorite die sets for sentiments, Rounded Rectangle Layers.

Next up, I will be brief!  LOL  Who can resist a bear in his briefs?  This is from a Just for Fun set for several occasions.  The paper pack is Basics 3 Browns and it is full of yummy chocolatey brown colors!  Perfect for coffee cards, masculine cards, and more!

We Go Together - IO April Release Day

Hello! Welcome to the April IO Release! This release is filled with fun! You will find cute chili pepper dies, Taco dies, graduation stamps, Mother's Day, and much more!  

On this first card, I featured the Chili Pepper die set. I used the same elements for male and female peppers minus the mustache, and an added flower from the Spring Blooms set. I love how the one-die set does it all! The Chili Pepper Sayings is an excellent accompaniment to the die set. Finally, the Crazy Stitched Set is my go-to for a perfect stitched background.

The next stop is Taco Tuesdays!  I had a blast with this Taco die. It made me just a tiny bit hungry when I made it!  The Tiny Dot Texture adds excellent crunchy taco texture!  Don't forget the Taco Sayings to go with the Taco Die!

I have to share one more with you!  The taco from the Taco Die scan be cut into threes, and you have nachos!  Yum!!  I used the Tiny Dot Texture on the nachos and featured the Fiesta stamp set for this card.  Lastly, I used patterned paper from the Basics 8 Turquoises.
