Happy Saturday everyone! I hope you had a good New Year! Are you enjoying a little more holiday or did you get back to business as usual this week? I did a little of both. I enjoyed late nights with the kids and not so early wake up times but I also hit the craft room to bring you a little inspiration!
This week at Speedy Fox & Friends our challenge is to use a stencil! If you don't have a stencil it's easy to make one, just take a favorite die cut, then use the negative as your stencil!
We are currently in the middle Paper Doll Madness at MFPS a HC so I thought it would be fun to join in and use my paper doll set for this challenge.
I stenciled the bg of my card with Prima Stencils - Sunrise Sunset Collection and repeated the theme on cocktail dress. Check out the fun bling at the throat and hair band!

For the inside of the card I made pockets to hold clothes and accessories:
Being a pink lover I think the ball gown is my fave!!!! I used a circle stencil on the tennis dress, check out those cute tennis shoes!
Clothes are colored with Inktense pencils, a birthday gift from a dear friend!!!! If you happen to read this, THANK YOU, I am having a ball!
Thanks for looking and enjoy your weekend!
What a fabulous card. Love the outfits on the inside as well.
ReplyDeleteVery Nivea, love the blac trim on the JACKIE Kennedy dress.
ReplyDeleteLove today's projects Angie - great work with the new sets and the stencils. Inktense pencils are so vibrant - haven't used mine in a while though - been using my Prismacolors recently.
ReplyDeleteLove how you used both the stencil and the paper doll together Genius ............Lis
ReplyDeleteOh WOW Angie!!!! These paper dolls are amazing! TFS
ReplyDeleteAngie, you have made an awesome paper doll set. I love how you added the trim on her suit. I have some bead trim was thinking of using on one of the dresses. You have colored the dresses beautifully.
ReplyDeleteThings from the holidays have settled here and I am getting back to normal. I am now feeling less stressed and getting some mojo back. I miss "Mo" when he is missing. :) Have a great weekend.
What fun projects! Paper dolls seem to be making a comeback!
ReplyDeleteThis is a great card I always loved playing with paper dolls when I was young - wonderful job coloring and I love the furry texture on the suit on the front. Have a great day and a Happy New Year

ReplyDeleteThe pink dress is my favorite but the jewels on the other dress and your repeated pattern and color from the front base really make it special as well. Wonderful job on this!
