Sweet Baby Under the Leaves

Oh, what a sweet handmade baby card with Pajama Crafter Stamps!🦒✨ The lovely stamp sets and the beautiful patterned paper featured today are from the recent release at Pajama Crafter Stamps, and truly — they have so many gorgeous sets, coordinating papers, and tools to create heartfelt designs for every occasion.

For this baby card, I wanted to create a soft little scene that feels gentle and welcoming.

I began with the gorgeous leafy branch from the In Our Hearts Always stamp set. The branch flows in a circular shape, but I had something slightly different in mind. I wanted to nestle the darling baby giraffe from the Savanna Babies set inside the foliage—almost like a protective arch.

So I pulled out my MISTI and carefully manipulated the stamp placement, reshaping the circular branch into more of an open arch. This allowed me to frame the sweet giraffe beautifully while leaving breathing room for the sentiment.

Under the leafy arch, I stamped the baby giraffe, leaving space on the right-hand side for the sentiment: Sweet Baby. The result is a soft focal point that truly melts the heart.

To add a bit of delicate movement, I stamped three tiny dragonflies around the foliage. They bring just the right amount of whimsy without overwhelming the peaceful scene.

For the background, I chose a lovely polka-dot patterned paper from the Savanna Neutrals paper pack. I trimmed it to 4 inches tall, leaving 1½ inches of crisp white card base showing at the top. That extra white space helps keep the design light—perfect for a baby card.
