I am so excited to be on the design team at MFP a Heinrich Co.! This is my first sample and it's for Speedy Fox & Friends # 106 - Use 3 of Something. I used this beautiful stamp set: "Sending Happy Thoughts" and decided on ribbon and bows for my "3 somethings". I had trouble trying to decide what to do with the bottom of the card. After sleeping on it (not literally...that would have messed up the card) LOL! I tried my hand at pleating ribbon. What a fun embellishment! I will definitely use ribbon pleating again. I am not sure how clearly you can see the pleating behind the sentiment in the photo but it's cute in person. For this card I secured black pearls in the center of the flower with glossy accents. The glossy accents settled around the pearls for an added dimension to the center. I used Prismacolor pencils and OMS to color the image.
Thanks so much for looking! I Hope to see you over at Speedy Fox & Friends Challenge this week!
