Speedy Fox & Friends 160 - Window

Hello!  It's Saturday so that means Speedy Fox & Friends Challenge!  Our challenge this week is to create a window card.   For more inspiration and all the challenge details please visit  Marks Finest Papers, a Heinrich Co blog .

On Monday I shared a card with gesso resist technique, water colors using  water color paper.  For today's card I again played around with gesso resist technique.  For this card though, I painted the background a bit differently.  I lightly sponged water on 100 lb smooth paper and painted with Distress Markers over the top of the dried gesso.  If you look closely at the sky there is a line of gesso where I used the "credit card" method (but not very well, that will take some practice!)

One lucky participant in the challenge will receive this mini stamp set:

Thanks for looking and I hope you have a lovely weekend!

Supplies used:

Stamps: Mark's Finest Paper & Stamps a HC - Marsh Silhouettes. Paper: MFP 140 lb Premium White. Acces: Sizzix - Rounded Tags, MFT Fishtail Flags. Gesso, Tim Holtz Distress Markers, stencils.
