Hi there!!! Happy Monday to you! I have a sunny card to share with you today for Prickley Pear Rubber Stamps Monday Inspiration! I debated about whether to create a Christmas card but then I decided to go with a sunny card more in keeping with warm days of summer in honor of my sweet friend who weathered the deep freeze of winter and doesn't wish to think of winter!
I combined three SCS challenges for this creation. I dry embossed the clouds then finger painted them. The butterfly from PPRS CLR001 Butterflies Clear Stamp Set was heat embossed with white EP and then swished (using Susie Australia's terminology here) the butterfly through distress ink spritzed with water. The sentiment is also from PPRS CLR001 Butterflies Clear Stamp Set.
I hope you will stop on by PPRS BLOG today to view more Monday Inspiration from my talented teammates!
TFL!
What a classy and elegant card Angie, beautiful work.

I think summery was a good choice. Love the fluffy clouds in your blue, blue sky with the pretty and bright butterfly.
ReplyDeleteOh, Angie, this is really a lovely summer card - it makes me long for those hot summer days beside the pool, sipping a cocktail and admiring the butterflies floating along on a light breeze!!! Such a lovely calming, peaceful scene you've created on the card!! Love the sentiment you've used. Great card!!
