Hello and Happy Saturday to you!
On Release day I shared a soft, romantic card using the versatile Parisian Postcard Clear Stamp Set. Today I am sharing how this set can be used for a "Sympathy" or "Thinking of You" card.
I stamped the beautiful rose image and kept it black and white for a bit of drama. I colored two butterflies and fussy cut them to flit among the roses. Next I stamped the sentiment that is included in the set and finished off the layer with two frilly borders using Doily Border Dies.
Before I leave you today I am excited to share with you that SNSS has a fabulous sale going on right now!!
Thanks for stopping by today!

Gorgeous card - love the pop of yellow on the black and white. Very nice layout too!
ReplyDeleteOh, Angie, how beautiful indeed! And, yes, it definitely has a romantic, Parisian feel to your card! I love the colors you've used and the beautiful borders and popped butterflies! Stunning card, and I'm so glad you are with SNSS now! Woohoo! Warm hugs and love, sweet friend!

So pretty Angie! Love the beautiful butterflies and fancy scalloped trimming!
ReplyDeleteAngie, you are an asset to any company's design team. this is ever so wonderful.
ReplyDeleteYou are making some wonderful cards with this set and each one looks so different and so cool. Perfect idea to keep the main image b/w and then pop the color with the butterflies. Lovely! Hugz
ReplyDeleteI'm liking this card a lot. I'm seeing this set as more versatile than previously thought. How do you like the border dies? Those are wonderful. I have a hard time keeping my scallop ones straight because they are so narrow and move easily. Tape! I have to remember the tape. Anyway, I suck at punches so maybe I need more border dies!
