Happy Wednesday!!! When we get to Wednesday I always have two thoughts, how did we get to the middle of the week already and whoa, it's almost the weekend! I have another reason to like Wednesdays, for the next few months, I am on the sketch challenge team as a guest designer!
This week's SC658 challenge was created by Carey. I love the top layer as it allows plenty of space for a stamped image!
I used the adorable Bowl Full of Comfort kit from Unity Stamp Co. Unity has a sale going on all the time so you can purchase beautiful kits at a great price! I purchased this one during one of their sales and have been eager to color it! The top layer of the sketch this week is a perfect size for these cute bowls. The embossed solid layer was originally supposed to be a designer paper layer but I felt it took the attention away from the bowls so back in the stack it went and I opted for a solid layer instead.
I am also playing along with the Simon Says Challenge to Add a Sentiment.
Really pretty card❤️
ReplyDeleteBeautiful coloring. The highlihts3on tbw bowls is perfect
ReplyDeleteI like this card and the sentiment but truly when I first saw it I thought of a dirty stack of dishes (cat food bowls to be precise). Well, it definitely made me smile!
ReplyDeleteLovely. Like the style and colours
ReplyDeleteOh, Angie, I saw this on SCS and loved it! What a beautiful card for the sketch, and I love these colors! Nothing like a sweet stack of beautiful bowls...love the designs on them. And I love your coloring! Beautifully done, sweet friend, and I hope now that the weekend is here you are enjoying it!! Hugs! xoxo
ReplyDeletePerfection, Angela! So glad that you join the fun over Simon Says Stamp Wednesday “Add a Sentiment” Challenge! Awesome details and design! Super work!
