Speedy the Cat Challenge #88 - Snowflake

It's 2012!!!!!  Still moving slowly at our house!  House projects still have our house in a bit of disarray!!!  I keep finding little pieces of wood chips all through the upstairs!!!!

I am making time here and there for some stamp time.  My list of cards to make includes "Thank You's" so here is one of them being entered into: Speedy the Cat's challenge #88 - USE SNOWFLAKE

I used some die cuts for this card but the snowflake is stamped from the "Ice and Snow" collection in white and heat embossed then hand cut.  Maybe next year it would be a good idea to find a snowflake punch.
I was hoping to find one on clearance but so far no luck!!!
The back panel is the embossing folder "dots on a line" my find of the year!!!!!  It was included in a SIZZIX boxed set with a trifold card and another embossing folder regularly priced $50.00 for $15.00!!!!!!!!  Am I ever going to have fun with that trifold card die!!!!!!!!!!!

Stamps: MFP Heinrich Collection "Ice and Snow", Verve: Thank You
Ink: Ranger Jet black, Memento's Danube Blue, Paris Dusk, and Summer Sky,  Color Box Shabby pink
Die cuts: Spell Binder: Fleur de Lis Squares and Classic Scalloped Ovals
Embossing: Sizzix "Dots on a line"
