Speedy Fox & Friends 151 - Green

Hello and Happy Saturday!  We are enjoying a nice long weekend since the kids had a holiday on Friday! The guys went backpacking and my daughter had a friend sleep over! Now we are all home together enjoying a family day.

Today is Saturday so that means it time for Speedy Fox and Friends Challenge!  Our challenge this week is to make a card with green.   To enter the challenge and to see more fabulous inspiration from my teammates click HERE .

I am sneak peeking a new set by Mark's Finest Paper & Stamps a HC called, "Seed Packets".  Such a cute set!  I hope you will stop back by next week as Mark's Finest Paper & Stamps is having their March reveal blog hop all week!

Something I just love about clear stamps is their flexibility!  I took the "just picked for you" sentiment and curved it on the stamping block, then masked off the "For You".  Perfect size to fit right into the empty label on the seed packet!!!!

The inside:  "Just Picked FOR YOU is all together on the stamp so for the outside of my card, I masked off all but "Just picked" and stamped it on the label so on the inside I masked off everything but the FOR YOU!  Do you want to know a little secret?  I messed up and masked off the FOR YOU and stamped directly to the DP my first try!  Realized my mistake and knew I had to place something on top of the "just picked".  I found this fun label in the paper stack and added the green ribbon.  My booboo turned into a BETTER inside!  Don't you just love that when that happens!

Thanks for stopping by today!

Stamp set to be given away to one lucky participant of the challenge:

Supplies used:  Stamps: Mark's Finest Paper & Stamps a HC "Seed Packets". Paper: Natural, Plum from my stash and DCWV - Chateau Lavender matstack.  Acces: mini wooden clothespin, Layered flowers by Paper Studio, ribbon.

We are feeling the blues this week at the F4ALL Challenge.  We can make mostly blue cards, make a music card, or make an encouragement card ...
