I "Framed" my mixed media with a gray Spellbinders Fleur De Lis Rectangle frame.
I created the background by painting cardstock "baby pink". Using Modeling paste I stenciled the flowers. I added a bright pink Gelato and some gesso. I spritzed Steel Blue on the panel but didn't like it so I painted over the top!
The butterfly was stamped in Steel Blue and then heat embossed with clear embossing powder and colored with a Gelato

ReplyDeleteYour card is lovely. I love the Brightness and sparkle of the butterfly. My week end plans include work and work. I'm afraid I don't get the Holiday off but I do have plans to get my Gesso out next week.
