Speedy Fox & Friends Challenge 177 - the letter G

Happy Saturday everyone!  I hope you have some nice weekend plans!  I am going to try and change up our routine just a bit which won't be too much fun for me but might make our Sundays just a little less busy.  Wish me luck!  :)  Before I get going on my changes let's chat about Speedy Fox & Friends challenge!  This week our challenge is to add something to the project that begins with the letter G.

I have two.  One is obvious, can you guess the other?  After you view the photo I will tell you my second G.  :)

G is for Green and Gesso!  I took crumpled celophane and tapped it into gesso then stamped all over the panel.  After it was dry I used TH Bundled Sage distress stain.  For the purple panel, I painted it with Lavender paint, after it was dry I painted over the top of a stencil with the brayer.  When I lifted the stencil off the paper I noticed that the design only showed up in spots so I took the brayer and lightly went over the entire panel, then back again with the stencil randomly in spots.

Thanks for looking and have a great weekend!
