Joy to the World

Hello, friends!  I hope you have had a great week so far.  The days just seem to be flying by!  It will be Christmas before we know it and this year I have not created five cards a month like I have done in the past so it's high time to get my Christmas spirit on!

I am in love with jewel tones!  I found a fun paper pack with my new favorite colors and paired them up with the new Sweet 'N Sassy stamp set, Joy to the World.  Joy to the World is one of the Sweet Perks Club Bundles and it's available as well as Holly Jolly Christmas and Snowman Soup at the discounted price until September 10th!

I positioned my image so that the top point of the star would extend past the rectangle layer for a fun look.

For the inside, I used a strip of DP and layered it down the side then added this wonderful Christmas sentiment that is included in the stamp set.

I played along with Splitcoaststampers SC556 for my card design.

Here's a look at this month's Sweet Perks Club Bundles:

  3. Love your card Angie - what a 'different' nativity. Love the star extending over the edge of the rectangle.
