Happy New Year!
Well, maybe a day late but still it's my first post of the new year. I hope you had a sweet celebration. Ours was very quiet but we were all home together and that is time to treasure with an almost 21-year-old and a 17-year-old!
At the beginning of a new year it's always fun to think of it as a fresh start, therefore, I chose this sentiment from the Wise Men stamp set by The Project Bin to encourage us all to try something that maybe we have failed at in the past.
I heat embossed the sentiment on a piece of designer paper that looks like a chalkboard. I created a frame by using a wood grain die, added some flowers and a ribbon hanger.
Thanks so much for stopping by!!!!
Happy New Year Angie! Your card is fantastic! Love the chalkboard sentiment!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great card Angie, I love the look of the framed sentiment against the floral background - and thought provoking words too, as I usually tend to 'play it safe'.
