Picket Fence Studios Release Day and a Giveaway!

Happy National Reach as High as You Can Day!  Yep, there's a day for that!  The day is set aside to remind us not to just drift but reach for our dreams. Reach as high as we can! I have been reaching all week for my art supplies in hopes of inspiring you with the fabulous April Picket Fence Studios Release!! So sit back and enjoy because I have several cards to share with you!

First up is this beautiful girl! I had fun with the random lines of this stencil by adding encouraging sentiments.  Lastly, I finished off the card by die cutting Lorynne with her coordinating die! This set can also be purchased as a bundle at a 20% discount!

I am entering this in the Pack Your Bags VSN challenge at SCS!

I love creating fun backgrounds when I can easily die cut my main image!

Next up I am featuring the gorgeous stand-alone leaf die  along with this darling bird set and coordinating dies. The sentiment can be found with these pretty birds which also has a coordinating die set.  Chirp Chirp and Pretty Birds also come in bundled sets!

With this card, I am celebrating this week's Featured Stamper at SCS!

I love being able to die cut these sweet little birds.  I would not be able to fussy cut such small images. The stand-alone leaf die is gorgeous and the pieces fall out easily without requiring multiple passes through the die cutting machine.

For my last card, I thought I would be a little playful with this pack group set!  There is always one person in a group that adds that extra spark, that one person who makes the parties fun!  When they leave it's as if they took all the energy with them.  We have one of those in our family, I imagine you do too!  :)

I thought I would have fun with the background so I added some party "confetti" with the sprinkles and heart decorations from this yummy set!

This is for the Don't Forget to Pack Your Bags VSN Challenge at SCS!
I love that this sweet pack set has coordinating dies!  I didn't use it on this card but I will have one to share with you soon!  This pack set also comes in a discounted bundle set!

I hope you are still with me because I did mention a giveaway in the title of this post!!  I have this super sweet BFF Owl to give away.
Check out the cute little bow AND she is even holding coffee!  I love to learn about my stamping friends so to be in the running for a chance to win this cute owl, all you have to do is answer 3 questions inspired by the projects I created!
  • How many grad cards will you make this year?
  • Are you a bird watcher?
  • Who do you know that makes any gathering fun?
That's it, leave me your answers, I will pick a winner by random drawing on Friday the 19th at 12:00pm EST. Winner will be announced, Saturday the 20th!

Thanks for looking and just to let you know I have used affiliate links today with no extra cost added to you!

  4. Your cards are such fun - what a great new release! I'll be making just 2 grad cards this year; my cousin's twin sons are graduating uni in Scotland. I'm an avid bird watcher - from my kitchen window! I love seeing all of the different birds coming to the feeders, including humming birds (Anna and Rufus, here). I have 1 step brother who we don't see often, who always lights up a room when he's around!

  5. i especially love how you put the sentiments in the vapor trails of your top card. i love my PF brushes. I think i have 3 grads this year but someone always surprises me. Of course I love birds and G's nephew Dean-o is the life of any gathering around here.

  6. Love your gorgeous cards Angie - particularly the first one.
No grad cards - none of my family are anywhere near a graduation!
I love watching the starlings in my back yard squabbling over the nesting box (despite the fact it is autumn here!) I love it when the (native) Tuis return to town in the autumn/winter, and in the spring, feeding from the camellia blooms, and the Kowhai (another native), both trees are either on, or near, my property, so I really enjoy watching them.
It is my son in law who cracks the most outrageous jokes and lights up a room
    Blessings
    Maxine

We are feeling the blues this week at the F4ALL Challenge.  We can make mostly blue cards, make a music card, or make an encouragement card ...
