It's my turn to hostess the Inspiration Challenge at SCS and I chose a huge site to inspire us this week. After I decided on the site I went to my workspace to get started. My eyes fell on the Botan Peony outline which I had stamped in Worn Lipstick Distress Oxide ink for a project the previous week but didn't use. So I went back to the computer and searched "pink petals". Gorgeous canvases popped up and THIS is the one I stopped on.
With the photo in mind, I masked the Peony and added Mustard Seed Distress Ink to the background then masked the background and brushed Worn Lipstick Dox on the Peony. I can't say enough about easy it is to glide on color with the Life Changing Brushes! (they can also be purchased in a 4 pack!) To finish off the card I stamped the sentiment from the Hello Beautiful set.
