I gave my graduation cards an untraditional look. I used a distressed ink background from my stash and stenciled an Open Balloon. Then I stamped inside the balloon with one of the stamps from the Textures set. The sentiment and stars are from Reach for the Stars.
Next, I liberally sprinkled Brusho Powders on water-resilient cardstock. After it was dry, I added the Celebrate die cut.
