It's November 1st, and that means it's time for a new Fan Club Christmas Challenge! I selected about six stamp sets before finally deciding on the retired Snowy Pine Village set from Heartfelt Creations.
A sweet crafty friend gifted me a huge selection of crafting goodies when she moved, and this stamp set was among the treasures. It's brand new to me, and I couldn't wait to ink it up!
For today's card, I stamped the snowy village in the center of a stitched cardstock layer. I added a sentiment about peace to the lower section using the sweet Snowman and Fence stamp set by SweetMissDaisy Designs.
Next, I stamped and die-cut the pine branch and popped it up over the upper left corner of the stitched layer for a little added dimension. I colored the charming village in bright shades of blue, pink, and green, creating a cheerful and colorful Christmas scene.
Cardmaking is such a wonderful way to share creativity while sending something fun and handmade. I hope today's project inspires you to spend a few pleasant moments creating!
