Welcome to the Impression Obsession Summer Die Release Celebration!
The Impression Obsession Summer Die Release Celebration starts today! Each day (July 8th & 9th) you can find a list of participants on the Impression Obsession Blog at 6am. We have $25 gift certificates to give away for the event chosen randomly from all of the team blog posts.  The more you comment through our Release Celebration the more chances to win! All comments for all of the event days will be open until Sunday, July 14th at noon CT. All winners will be announced on Tuesday, July 16th.
I had SO much fun building scenes with the new dies.  I dunked my cardstock in watery ink for the sun and the water then I dried them and die cut.  I just love the smiling sun and fun stitching on the clouds!  The waves come in a set of three which gives the look of movement.
Tip: Don't toss out your small background scraps!  For the flags on the cute little sailboat, I found a small scrap leftover from the previous project.

Next up is this super cute flower cart.  Oh, my is it ever fun to build a scene with this set!  The cart is cute as can be and the flowers provide so many possibilities.  First I die cut the background circle and sponged blue sky and green grass.  After putting this sweet cart together and adding flowers, I decided it would be fun to add grass. The grass dies come as a set of four which allows us to build dimension into the scenes we create.  Lastly, I added a couple of clouds

All of the new dies are available now! You can find them all HERE!

I am playing along with this week's CAS challenge, tiny things with the second card.  The flowers in the cart are pretty tiny and will fit in the palm of a hand!
