Hello! It's Wednesday and that means it's time to watercolor at Splitcoaststampers! This week our guest is Linda and she has chosen a fun octopus tutorial. First, I drew an octopus and I was surprised that he turned out so well. But for some reason, the idea of just tentacles wouldn't let me go so I ended up trying a couple of just tentacle paintings. I really probably should have given this another try but I am just a little tired today so this 2nd attempt will have to do!

They're incredibly smart creatures that come in such a diverse array of colours and sizes (including the giant Pacific octopus that plies the waters off the coast of our province of BC).
