Welcome to the Impression Obsession Spring Release Celebration Day 2!

The Impression Obsession Spring Release goes all week long (January 7th-11th). Every day you can find a list of participants on the Impression Obsession Blog at 6am. Every single blog will have a $25 gift certificate to give away for the event - so the more you comment through the week the more chances to win! All comments for all of the event days will be open until Sunday, January 13th at noon CT. All winners will be announced on Monday, January 14th.

All of the new stamps are available now! You can find them HERE

Yesterday's cards were bright and cute today, we are taking a nature walk!  First up I created an evening sky for the beautiful Foxes Silhouette.  Aren't they stunning? I needed a special sentiment for the magical night I created for the foxes and found it in the Grass Clear set.

For my next outdoor scene, I grabbed a shaving cream background and added Broken China Distress Ink to the sky.  I stamped the fabulous Lavender Grass across the lower portion of the background and added the tender sentiment, My Prayers.

With this card, I am playing along with the Featured Stamper Challenge at SCS.  Lori has a fabulous gallery full of color!

That's it for me today. To be entered into this week's drawing leave me a comment and let me know where you enjoy walking/hiking?  We have a new battlefield park just minutes from our home that we are taking full advantage of.

Today's Featured Stamps:

  4. I LOVE the foxes! I WISH I could find fox pillows for my living room without spending an arm & a leg! These silhouettes are WONDERFUL! They're lively & just BEAUTIFUL! I LOVE the starry sky with moon beams you gave them! Foxes aren't seen too much during the day, although I have seen one during the day here. LOL AND your background for the Prayers card is SO LOVELY with the Lavender Grass! It's like a sunset! BEAUTIFUL!!! SUCH A NICE "nature walk!" And I didn't even catch any cooties! LOL (You get cooties when you take "nature walks" here! ;) )

  7. Angie - these are both great cards. I love the backdrop to your elegant foxes. I wish foxes looked this good to me but to be honest in suburbia they are a pest - noisy, filthy and quite destructive. Your lavender grass card is so pretty. Parks, downs and heath are our local places but enjoy exploring the countryside wherever we go.
