Be Yourself Today

If you are looking for The Project Bin post scroll down or click HERE!

I am playing along with Kathy Racoosin's 30-Day Coloring Challenge.  It's Day 5 and I have colored a little something every day this month!  The last time I took the challenge I think I only made it about 10 days, I am hoping for all 28 this time!

I used today's colors from the Color Challenge at SCS to inspire my color combo. Then I chose Be Yourself Today and Garden Grows stamps from Impression Obsession.  Coloring just one flower causes it to stand out and be itself! I colored the flower then stamped it and colored it two more times.  To cause the flower to stand out from the rest, even more, I fussy cut the petals, then the center and colored each layer. I curled the petals and adhered it then rounded the center inward and used a foam square to pop it up.

Kathy's 30 Day Coloring Challenge is a fun way to practice coloring and creativity!  The fun thing about this challenge is we don't have to create finished projects, just color!  Check out all the details HERE.

  1. What a great card - I have coloured just one element in a busy illustration (a pre-printed card) and it looked so good that I left it like that! Love the added dimension you have given the flower

And Snow it Goes with Hearts

We are feeling the blues this week at the F4ALL Challenge.  We can make mostly blue cards, make a music card, or make an encouragement card ...
