Broken

(Affiliate links used when possible which means when you click a link and order from my link I receive a small commission without any additional cost added to you.  Thanks so much!)

It's time for a new Art Nudge on FB.  Everyone is welcome to create art and post in the group.

I have a banner of yellow woodgrain as in the photo.  My pot is blue with some Kintsugi repair.  The pot was taken from the Summer Herbs stamp and the rest were masked off.  I was inspired by a previous SCS challenge that encouraged us to create with Kintsugi art form in mind.  When I saw the fabulous Broken sentiment I knew that I wanted to create a cracked pot and fill it with a bit of gold.

I would love to know if you have been creating during the last few weeks?  Some of us have a little more time on our hands but some of us are busier than ever.  I am wondering if you fall in the first category have you taken advantage of any online challenges?

Love, hugs and prayers!

  1. I love your card design and how the sentiment and vase “play nice.” Funnily, Hemingway actually never wrote that but it’s still a wonderful thought to hold onto. Thank you.

  3. What a stunning card Angie. I have been creative, just not much in the studio - I have embroidered and knitted and also got the gardens ready for winter while it is still sunny!
    Stay safe

  5. What an elegant, touchingly lovely design, Angie. I adore the faded saffron hued woodgrain paper banner.
