Sending Comfort

The new Art Nudge on FB is up.  It's a new challenge open to every artist.  I happen to make cards so my art is in the form of greeting cards.

I love the colors in this nudge!  I stamped the Buffalo background stamp in black on blue cardstock using two of the colors in this week's color chart. A trio of 1/2 inch round buttons for the shapes in the photo prompt added because I love these buttons!  Lastly, Sending Comfort for a friend who lost her sister.

No photo description available.

This isn't really for the challenge but it does have blues and even blue polka dots.  I just feel like sharing it today so here it is!  This gorgeous hollyhock stamp covers an entire card with beautiful blooms and I used the I'm Sorry sentiment because I mean, really, it's been hard lately for most everyone!

Thanks for stopping by and taking a look!
I hope you feel encouraged today by some bright moment in your day!
Hugs!

Hollyhocks  I'm Sorry

  1. Fabulous cards Angie - the first one must have been so hard to make - and it oozes love and sympathy. Love the bright yellow hollyhocks on the second one. Life has thrown me a few extra curved balls in the middle of the lock down/pandemic, just for good measure....

  2. Immensely lovely cards. A distinct air of serenity runs through them that compliments their caring sentiments perfectly.

And Snow it Goes with Hearts

We are feeling the blues this week at the F4ALL Challenge.  We can make mostly blue cards, make a music card, or make an encouragement card ...
