I am always fascinated by the art process. Last week I struggled to create my Father-In-Law's birthday card and had to give up. With this week's outdoor inspiration of the IC669 challenge and the beautiful design of this week's MFT Sketch 404 I was able to create a card in no time with the pieces that I had set aside last week.
To create my scene, I stenciled the clouds with the Mini Cloud Edges Stencil. I love using this stencil with 4 patterns of clouds! It's especially easy to get great color blending using my Blender Brushes. I tap my brush into the ink then tap the ink on the stencil before I move from the stencil to the paper. The plastic stencil makes it easy to pick up the excess ink and blend it on the paper. Next, I created a scene with the Wild Woodland stamp set and Wild Woodland Die-Namics.

This is such a fun card with the brightvblues and pretty golden colors. I like how the card looks tall.
